Order Processing & Delivery Time
By Livi ships all orders placed before 3:30 PM (CET) on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. Our team ensures that your order is packed and shipped so that you receive it within 1-3 business days.
Our Shipping Methods
- GLS (Parcel Shop), 1-3 business days | 39 DKK (Free shipping on orders over 499 DKK)
- GLS (Home Delivery), 1-3 business days | 59 DKK (Free shipping on orders over 999 DKK)
Note: We do not ship internationally, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
During busy periods, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday shopping seasons, and January sales, delivery times may be longer.
Order Confirmation
Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after. It may take up to 2 hours before you receive this confirmation.
Track & Trace
Once our team has packed your order, you will receive a message with your tracking number, allowing you to track your package.
Note: It may take a few hours before tracking information is available, as the package must first be registered by the shipping provider.
Incorrect Address Entry?
If you have accidentally entered incorrect details in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bylivi.com. While it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping information, we will do our best to assist you in correcting the mistake.
Additional Information
In rare cases, delays may occur due to shipping providers. Once we have handed over the package to the courier, it is unfortunately beyond our control, meaning there is little we can do in such situations. However, we will do everything we can to help track your order.
During holidays and peak shopping periods, such as Christmas and sales events, packages may take longer to arrive.
If your selected pickup location is full, your package will be redirected to the nearest available pickup point. You will receive a notification regarding this change. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service.
Some products may have special delivery conditions. These conditions will be specified before completing your purchase.
Uncollected Packages
If you do not pick up your package from the chosen parcel shop and it is returned to us, a fee of 49 DKK will be deducted from your refund.
