Prices
At By Livi ApS, all prices are listed in EURO and include VAT and other applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We also reserve the right for sold-out items.
Payment
By Livi ApS accepts the following payment methods:
- VISA
- VISA Electron
- Mastercard
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer
Your payment will not be deducted from your account until your order has been shipped.
All amounts are stated in EURO and include VAT.
We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery
By Livi ships all orders placed before 3:30 PM (CET) on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. Our team ensures that your order is packed and shipped so that you receive it within 1-3 business days.
Our Delivery Methods:
- GLS (Parcel Shop), 1-3 business days | 39 DKK (Free shipping on orders over 499 DKK)
- GLS (Home Delivery), 1-3 business days | 59 DKK (Free shipping on orders over 999 DKK)
Note: We do not ship internationally, including to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
If there is no space at the selected pickup location, your package will be redirected to the nearest available pickup point, and you will be notified. If you encounter any issues, please contact customer service.
Certain products may have specific delivery conditions, which will be outlined before purchasing.
Delivery Delays:
In rare cases, there may be delays due to the courier. Once we have handed over your package to the shipping provider, it is unfortunately beyond our control. However, we will do our best to track your order.
During holidays and peak shopping seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), shipping delays may occur.
Uncollected Packages:
If you do not collect your package from the chosen parcel shop and it is returned to us, a fee of 49 DKK will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty & Complaints
We offer a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish consumer law. Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to have a defective item repaired, replaced, receive a discount, or get a refund.
Note: The warranty does not cover defects, wear and tear, or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product, such as overuse, lack of maintenance, or misuse.
How to Submit a Complaint:
If you discover a defect or issue with your product, you must notify us as soon as possible and within a reasonable timeframe.
By Livi ApS will cover reasonable return shipping costs for valid complaints.
Steps to File a Complaint:
- Send an email to info@bylivi.com
- Subject line: "Complaint - Order #[Your Order Number]"
- Describe the issue with your product and include a photo or video of the defect.
Once we receive your email, we will assess your case and provide a solution. Each case is handled individually.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, please provide your bank account details (registration and account number) so we can process the refund.
These details can be shared securely via email as they are not sensitive information and will only be used for the refund process.
3 for 2 Offer - Terms & Conditions

- Add any combination of 3 products to your cart, and we will automatically apply a discount equal to the price of the cheapest product.
- If you add 4 products, the discount applies to the cheapest 2 products.
Unless otherwise specified, discount codes cannot be used for a 3 for 2 purchase.
Returns & Refunds for 3 for 2 Offers:
- If you return only the free item, no refund will be issued.
- If you return one of the paid items, the refund will be adjusted based on the free item’s value at the time of purchase.
Example:
If your cart contained items worth 965 DKK, 775 DKK, and 485 DKK, you would receive the 485 DKK product for free.
If you return the 775 DKK product, your refund will be 775 DKK - 485 DKK = 295 DKK.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
At By Livi, you always have a 30-day return & withdrawal policy.
The return period starts from the day you receive your order.
If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, it is extended to the next business day.
To initiate a return, email us at info@bylivi.com and include:
- Order number (found in your email or invoice)
- A clear statement that you wish to return your order.
Note: You cannot cancel your order by refusing delivery without notifying us.

- Fill out your information in our Return Portal.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
- Drop off the package at your nearest GLS Parcel Shop.

Received a wrong or defective item?
- Please email our customer service at info@bylivi.com before returning the item.
Return Shipping Costs
- Exchanges qualify for free return shipping.
- Returns (withdrawal) require you to pay the return shipping fee (35 DKK), which will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose not to use our Return Portal, you must purchase your own return label. However, you must still notify us via email before returning the item.

Processing Time & Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible and notify you via email.
- Return processing time: Up to 2 weeks.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- If your return does not meet our return policy, we will contact you.
Responsible Returns
You are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged and returned in its original condition.
Make sure to keep your return receipt as proof of shipment.
Condition of Returned Items
You are only liable for any reduction in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product’s nature and function.
If the product has been used beyond this, we may deduct a portion or all of the refund, depending on its resale value.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Sealed items that cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons once opened
- Items mixed with other goods upon delivery
- Opened digital content (e.g., downloadable products)
