FAQ: THE JEWELRY

What are the jewelry made of?

Our jewelry consists of either genuine 925 Sterling Silver or Stainless Steel.

925 Sterling Silver Jewelry: Some of our jewelry is made from 925 Sterling Silver, which is very suitable for jewelry making. These pieces are marked with either '925' or 'S925', usually on the inside of the jewelry. Most of our sterling silver jewelry is gold-plated with 18K gold.

Stainless Steel Jewelry: A large part of our jewelry is made of stainless steel – also known as 'waterproof jewelry'. These pieces are PVD-coated with 18K gold, which is a modern coating process that makes the color last longer than a regular coating.

How do I best care for my jewelry?

Our jewelry consists of either genuine 925 Sterling Silver or Stainless Steel. Depending on the material, the care will differ. Here are some general tips for taking care of your jewelry:

1) Cleaning
Most of our jewelry is gold-plated with 18K gold. Since silver jewelry is gold-plated, we recommend not using too much force when cleaning. Use only lukewarm water and a soft microfiber cloth. Do not clean the jewelry too frequently.

When cleaning pearls, be very careful as pearls are delicate. Use only a soft microfiber cloth and lukewarm water. Avoid frequent cleaning.

2. Remove jewelry when in contact with water, sweat, and chemicals.
Gold-plated silver jewelry wears down quickly when exposed to water, sweat, perfumes, and chemicals. It is important to remove jewelry when playing sports, showering, or applying creams.

Note: Our Stainless Steel jewelry is resistant to water, sweat, and perfume.

3. Do not sleep with your jewelry on
To prevent damage and rotation during the night, we recommend removing your jewelry before bed.

4. Store in a jewelry box or case
Store your jewelry away from sunlight, in a dark and dry place. It is best to keep them in a sealed jewelry box. All By Livi jewelry comes in a jewelry box that you can use for storage.

5. Avoid direct sunlight
Do not place your jewelry in direct sunlight as it can cause discoloration.

6. Avoid impact with hard surfaces

FAQ: Shipping & Delivery

When will my items be shipped?

If you place your order before 12 PM, we will ship it the same day!
Orders placed after this will be shipped the next business day.

How long will I have to wait for my order?

Our team ensures that your products are packed and shipped so that you receive them within 1-3 business days.

NOTE: In rare cases, delays may occur due to the carrier. Once we have handed over the package, it is unfortunately out of our hands, and we may not be able to do much. However, we will do everything possible to track your order. During holidays and busy shopping periods, delays may occur.

How can I track my order?

Once our team has packed your order, you will receive a message with a tracking number so you can track your package.

NOTE: It may take a few hours before tracking updates, as the package needs to be registered with the carrier.

Can I refuse to accept my order if I change my mind?

No. You cannot cancel your order simply by refusing delivery without also providing clear notification.

How much does shipping cost?

GLS (parcel shop), 1-3 business days | 39 DKK, Free shipping on orders over 499 DKK

GLS (home delivery), 1-3 business days | 59 DKK, Free shipping on orders over 999 DKK

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping information, what should I do?

If you mistakenly entered incorrect details in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at kundeservice@bylivi.dk. It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping details – but we will do our best to correct the mistake.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

We sincerely apologize! If you received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at kundeservice@bylivi.dk so we can find a solution, including sending you the correct product or issuing a refund as quickly as possible.

FAQ: Returns, Exchanges & Complaints

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return package, the refund will be issued to the same payment card used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for your refund to be credited. If, for any reason, your right of withdrawal cannot be granted, we will contact you via email.

There is a defect in one or more of my products, what should I do?

We sincerely apologize for this! If you discover a defect in one or more of our products, please contact us as soon as possible at kundeservice@bylivi.dk and provide your order number along with a description of the issue. If possible, please include a picture or video of the defect.
